With my love for words, paper, design, and glue sticks, I fell head-over-heels for scrapbooking when I created my first page over a decade ago (I don't count the Shawn Cassidy tribute albums I made in junior high!). As a contributing editor for Simple Scrapbooks magazine, I love writing about scrapbooking, designing projects, and traveling the country to share my enthusiasm and humor with my classes as I encourage them to "ScrapHappy!"

I'm currently promoting my first book, Snippets: Mostly True Tales from the Lighter Side of Scrapbooking (Simple Scrapbooks/CKMedia, 2008), and working on my next scrapbook title. I host an audio podcast, an email newsletter, and an active blog community.

When not scrapping, I am an obsessed knitter, crossword fanatic, and dedicated mom of three and wife of one. I live with my family, yarn and scrapbooking stash in Northern California.
